Dear experts,

I have completed my article ship on 1997 and also passed sunday test is conducted by bangalore SIRC. And got eligibility certificate for appearing Intermediate Exam, i apeared twice but i could not pass intermediate, i was discontinued.

Now i am interesting to appear CA Intermediate Exam, is it possible to appear in old syllabus or what i have to do

please give the hints or suggetions which i wanted to continue my Exams.

i got a message on my mobile that that ICAI exams to be held in may 2 to 19 are now preponed due to election of up,maharashtra,west bengal........new dates for exam is April 12 to April 26...........(ICAI Circular No.26543D/GD/523)

i called them bt they r not answering any call...and ICAI website is not opening also.........

is it trueeeeee???????????????

Dear Sir/Mem,
I am a student of CA Final as well as CS Final Examination. My Exams are due in May and June in that order. I am done with my practical training of CA. However, I have not registered for CS training. I aim to obtain COP as CA. I am doing CS just to utilise my time sincerely.
I am told, Although i wont be allowed to practice as CS but i am allowed to write words CS after my name if i clear my CS final exams and dont undergo the required training.
I wont be able to undergo such training because its impossible to hold CA COP and simultaneously undergo CS training. Please help. Thanks :)

Is there any last date for conversion from old to new course?
In icai bombay my friend being told that there will be some notification within 10 days about availability of some more attempts to old course students(i.e. exten sion of old course attempts) Is it true?
When i called icai bombay they told me it is not true and procedure of conversion(i.e. submission of conversion form and dd of Rs.1100) cancelled.Conversion will be automatic and students will only have to collect study modules.Is it true?
Now i am confused about what to do?
Please help..

Hello Sir/Madam, I have not cleared my CA final IInd group so it is now mandatory to convert to new scheme. Sir below is my query.

Is it mandatory to pay DD of Rs.1100/- although I don't want study material or it is Optional? and what is the last date of submission of form?

cn any one tell me if my leaves r 377 days in during my pcc articleship which is officialy going to discontinue in 23 june 2011. how much extension i get......n wht formalities is to perform. is there any provision to change my principle during extension tym period. n is my CA final attemp is affeted bcz of my extension in articleship. plz rply n do give me the proper address of the site from where i cn show it to my principle abt these provisions n calculation.

I am registered under the CA Final (old course). Now since the conversion to mew syallbus is mandatory, is the conversion from old syallbus to new syallbus automatic or need to fill any form for it.
