pls tell me the best books of IPCC a/cs and scanner

One of my friend wants to claim exemption For "Company Law" paper of CS Executive Programme. She has secured 61 in C.L and in the other two papers 34 & 32 respectively. According to the CS prospectus one needs to apply for such exemption. But no furether details is available there.

I would like to know.

1. The Format of Application

2. Apply to whom?

3. Any documents are to be attached or not. If yes then the details thereof.

4. The printout of the online version of result will do or not.

how sud i plan my study now ....since two months are left ...this is my first attempt ...just got leave from office now ...i have done practical subjects once in june ,july ,august like costing .idt ,sfm, accounts dt ...a few topics left in each of above subject subject ...law have done but allied laws only fema ,comp act, audit only proffesional etics n few chap in special categoy audits n isca i m taking classes....plz advice how sud i plan my study now.........my attempt was due in november but couldnt give exams as there was some problem in my articleship because of my employer ...i had studied all the above for my attempt in nov .......but was not able to give ...plz suggest me

Should i read chapter in serial order in each subject?

everyone say that CS guideline r important what r these? is it available on icsi website?

on 26th I have taken the DD.
I can send the exam application form
only on 28th i.e..monday after signing.
It took two days to reach the exam form to
New Delhi.

I am doing ca also and about to complete articleship. Can I get some kind of exemption in cs internship?

DEAR SIR ONE OF MY FRIEND WAS CAUGHT RED HANDED IN COPYING IN CA-FINAL EXAM AND HE WAS DEBARRED FOR FOUR ATTEMPTS IN SITTNG CA-FINAL EXAM NOW HE ELIGIBLE TO SIT IN MAY 2011 CA FINAL EXAMS. HE IS WORRYING ABOUT THAT IF HE APPEARS IN THE FORTHCOMING CA-FINAL EXAMS INSTITUTE MIGHT DELIBERATELY FAIL HIM IN EXAMS BY LOOKING HIS PAST COPY CASE MATTERS. PLEASE HELP ITS VERY URGENT
