Dear all CCI Members,

Please help me out. I have submitted my form 108 with the institute on 15th April 2011. For getting the status of form 108 i made a call to the institute then i have been informed by the institute that at the second page of form 108 my signature was missing and i have been directed to submit the xerox copies of form 108 which i had been earlier submitted. I did the same on 03rd June 2011 after putting my signature on the second page of it. Now i.e. on 13th June 2011 i received a letter dated 02nd June 2011 from the institute which is insisting me to submit the fresh set of form 108. Now my query is is there any need to submit the copies once again as i have already complied with the condition. I had been clearly said at the time of telephonic discussion that i could submit xerox copies of the form 108 earlier submitted. At this time it would be very difficult for me to get the form 108 signed by my employer.

will the notification about non requirement of cpt for those who completed two years of graduation will going to implement with in a year or its just a mere posibility of happening. As i today call in icai delhi they told there is nothing that kind plz help and guide me truly plz.

Can a service provider already registered under service tax,get sales tax registration? However it will not deal in any goods. Its main line of business is transportation. If someone guide me about the same,it will be a great help.

i want to take admission in ipcc . it is announced by the president of icai that CPT is not necessary for graduated persons . i want to know that how much %age is declared for commerce students to take admission in IPCC.

Iam preparing for ca cpt exam held on june 19. i passed M.com from calicut university. i heard news anyone who completed 2 years graduation can directly go to ipcc. is this news correct my passing of cpt exam is necessary

If a practicing Chartered Accountant provides coaching for account and taxation, is he required to get register the name of coaching with ICAI or any other body?


Can he use two sign board, one of his firm and another of his coaching?
