non requirement of cpt fact or mere posibilty of happening

will the notification about non requirement of cpt for those who completed two years of graduation will going to implement with in a year or its just a mere posibility of happening. As i today call in icai delhi they told there is nothing that kind plz help and guide me truly plz.

Exemption from CPT may or may not happen. But running away from CPT is not a good idea. There will be many more tougher exams ahead. So my advise is do not wait for exemption from CPT. Go for it.
