Please help me out. I have submitted my form 108 with the institute on 15th April 2011. For getting the status of form 108 i made a call to the institute then i have been informed by the institute that at the second page of form 108 my signature was missing and i have been directed to submit the xerox copies of form 108 which i had been earlier submitted. I did the same on 03rd June 2011 after putting my signature on the second page of it. Now i.e. on 13th June 2011 i received a letter dated 02nd June 2011 from the institute which is insisting me to submit the fresh set of form 108. Now my query is is there any need to submit the copies once again as i have already complied with the condition. I had been clearly said at the time of telephonic discussion that i could submit xerox copies of the form 108 earlier submitted. At this time it would be very difficult for me to get the form 108 signed by my employer.
