Is it true that,if one student pass icwa inter after giving 4/5 times and decide to go for campus placement for interview,that student will be rejected or get minimum amount of salary due to, he/she is passed inter by sitting 4 times. Please tell me the real truth.

On this basis can I have take transfer.....? Please help in this regards. If it is not possible then I have quit studies.... I can provide hospital bills and other documents also....
