Statutory Leave for CA Final

I m on my way to Final Exam in November 2011 and yet not got leave from my employer,

Plz can anyone tell what is the statutory minimum period of Leave recommended by Insitutite

Plz reply its urgent !!!!

14 June 2011 For the First Attempt, student can take a leave for a period 60 days before exams and the same will be considered as ON DUTY period and should not be taken in counting the total leaves.
