But due to my some family problems I'll be not able to give any of it....

i had applied for CA final Nov. 2011 attempt provisionally.. I want to know upto which i have to submit certificate of service with ICAI and what is the standard format...

is there anybody who has filled the exam form provisionally & has got the letter of ICAI for re-submission of certificate of training even when the certificate had already been given to ICAI with exam form?

dear sir,
I am in first year of ca articleship.I have taken transfer from my previous employer. ICAI had sent me a letter indicating 50 days excess leave. now i want to ask that whether i have to serve these 50 days after my articleship completion if i will take less no. of leaves than the ICAI limits of 155 days in my remaining period of articleship.

Plz reply as early as possible because am in a great confusion. Thanks in advance.

i want to take transfer from my firm. My articleship started on 1st aug 11.I have 2 questions regarding this:
1.is the prior approval of institute? required in the 1st yr of articlship?
2.if my principal refuses to give the transfer,then wht should i do?

Hi,

I have registered for ICWA intermediate(2002 Syllabus) in June 2007 and cleared Stage-I in 2007 Dec and later on not attended any examinations of the institute. My CC Validity is expired by June 2010. Could any please help me for the following queries..

1) My Registration is still valid?
2) CC Re-Validation to be done for both the groups?
3) Fee details for such re-validation?
4) How many CCs need to be answered?

Please help me..
