Its really urgent!!!pls sumone help me out with this
i want to take transfer from my firm. My articleship started on 1st aug 11.I have 2 questions regarding this:
1.is the prior approval of institute? required in the 1st yr of articlship?
2.if my principal refuses to give the transfer,then wht should i do?

no need of prior approval of Institute in the first year of articleship, and your principle cant refuse it, if he refuse, request him for this...
