Please suggest me some tips - how should i improve my excel.

i haved clear my 1st group final in May 2008. i had also appeared nov 2010 for 2nd group. but failed. Now i want to appear in may 2012 so wehter i have register my self again as i belongs to old (PEII) system and WRO series final registratio no . As we heard that course abolished . Wehter this is correct or not and shall i get automaticalyy register with new course with new no.
