DEAR EXPERT
MY ONE OF FRIEND HAS COMPLETED HIS CA ARTICLESHIP OF 3 AND HALF YEARS AND ALSO DOING CS.
SO MY QUERY IS WHETHER HE CAN SET OFF HIS ARTICLSHIP OF CA TO THE CS ARTICLESHIP AFTER MAKING APPLICATION TO THE ICSI
PLS REPLY URGENT.
