dear sir i m confused how to study in this 3 day's.
I m very scared of exams though i have studied hard for this attempt but don't know now in this crucial day's i m lossing hope ....
as this is my 4th attempt i have got 170 in my may attempt and now also i m going to give only one group.
please help me ..
I have got 46 in accounts
50 in law
46 in costing fm
and 28 in tax in my may attempt.

In case a relative of director is appointed as a manager at monthly salary of Rs. 20000, then whether sec. 314(1) is applicable ?

In act it is clrealy written that Sec. 314(1) not applicable for appointment at the office of MD or manager. But munish bhandari book is not considering this exemption.(though it is considering the exmption of office of MD)

I am planning to distence TY Bcom from any good university . i have completed my 12th.

Can i Directly to TY Bcom..... if yes from which University should i do....... Whther after doing TY Bcome from Distence can i Get admision for MBA or not.

I had cleared CA Final Exam Group II under the old syllabus in May 2002. Thereafter I appeared for the Group I for a couple of times but was unsuccessful. Now I want to retake the exam to complete the professional course. My question is am I still eligible to appear for the remaining group or whether I have lost the group exemption and will have to sit for both the groups under the new syllabus? Kindly suggest

I had cleared my PCE Exams in May 2011 and now I hve applied for my CA Final Exam First Group in Nov 2011, but till now i dnt study that much to clear this group.
Please give me advice that whether i should go for the exams or just skip this.

Hi... i wanted to know the time limit within which i was suppose to submit Form 107, as i have excess leave of almost 180 days i.e. 1.11.2008 to 28.4.2009 as i did not work for 6 months and have not received any letter also from the icai.

My actual 3 1/2 years of articles will be finished on 28.12.2011 after considering the excess leave taken by me.

Or is the excess leave considered as discontinuation of my articles.

Please guide me with this as till day i have not submitted form 107 nor form 108 to the icai.
