28 October 2011 Hi... i wanted to know the time limit within which i was suppose to submit Form 107, as i have excess leave of almost 180 days i.e. 1.11.2008 to 28.4.2009 as i did not work for 6 months and have not received any letter also from the icai.

My actual 3 1/2 years of articles will be finished on 28.12.2011 after considering the excess leave taken by me.

Or is the excess leave considered as discontinuation of my articles.

Please guide me with this as till day i have not submitted form 107 nor form 108 to the icai.

31 October 2011 if u write more than 180 days leave in form then institute will issue a letter stating excess period for which u need to work more. so if ur principal permits u then u cn write leave within limit.

01 November 2011 Thank you sir.... as u said my principal has allowed me to work for that excess leave peroid so when should I submit form 107 and form 108.
