friends i am taking ca final accounts face to face classes from praveen sharma sir but i can't attend 8 - 10 classes in december dur to b.com exams . so friends suggest me how to recover missing lectures or is there any backup classes provided or c.d. provided for missing lecture. plz reply soon

i have been on dummy from last 2.5yrs because of various personal reasons & mainly because my CA had.i did articleship for 6-7months in which i had learnt vouching,verification,some tally work,bank reconciliation statments.
i have no aim of going in practice field.i just want to join a corporate sector.
i always have a good academic record.since my attempt is due in may 2012 & artcileship as per agreement getting over in jan 2012.i want to know if i clear my CA in first attempt then how much scale can i expect in the corporate sector?will it still be better to join a CA firm as an assistant after clearing CA even if i wont go in practice?further what are the areas that i can go for in which articleship will least affect my Career.kindly advice

Help me in following matter,

One of my client's (company) factory was burnt due to fire on 31.08.2010. Company has huge term loan and cash credit from nationalized banks. Company was also running through financial crises hence banks has took the possession of factory premises , land, plant and machinery.Now I want to prepare the Director's report and notes to account. Now company is no more going concern.

Require the help in following points?
1. What should be the note for going concern in Directors report as well in notes to account?

2.Notes on directors personal liability towards repayment of term loan?
