can u say the procedure of pursuing CPA(Certified Public Accountant) and also about CMA.
which will be a better option of these two.
and also the registration & course fee etc.,

I am graduated in commerce & pursuing CS executive level. My problem is how can i make my career in cs? can i do practise in under CS or doing my current job as an accountant ? Please advice me I am very confused what is better for me?

Ms. X has completed her Graduation and is now registered for CS Course. Here Articleship is also going on, which will get over in Jan 2012. Is it compulsory to submit Form 112 to the Institute? And can she take the signature of any partner of the firm in which she is registered for Articleship?

Dear Friends, i got an issue on service tax applicability on maintenance. The fact is a building belongs to a NRI living abroad, he let out the premises to various tenants, a company (not an association formed for the building maintenance) maintain the building as a care taker , it will collect the maintenance charges monthly as whatever amount spent for common amenities provided the same has been reimbursed by the tenants proportionately. so that the question is whethere the company collecting the maintenance charges is liable to pay service tax? any notification is available in this regard? Please provide your advise on this issue.
