12 December 2011 Write a condonation request letter giving reason for delay. Instead of writing, due to some personal reasons... Simply say due to health issues or work pressure or preparation of examination.

Get a DD for requisite amount (Rs. 300) made in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at the city where your council is.
Send it alongwith 108.
