I just want to ask how i can apply online for CS June 2012 executive exams .. It is difficult to find it out online.. please also tell me the last date for filling the same..

After passing group 1 nov 2010 exam, i immediately joined as an article in a medium firm in kolkata. I got so busy in studies and work, that i forgot to fill form 108, and i was pursuing b.com 1st year then. But i filled forms 103 and 102 instantly and gave it to my principal for stamping and postage. He did not inform me nor did he intimate me to fill form 108. Last week i was SHOCKED to see my form 103 still in the firm's file cabinet! He never sent it to ICAI. Now i have taken it back from there.

I don't like the CA, he is rude, paranoid and ill treats me. I even had an altercation with him yesterday. So i don't think he will help me send the form with details to icai.
How can i get help from icai to force him to send all my details and forms to icai?
I worked genuinely for more than a year, and i don't wanna lose my precious year of articleship. Plz help.

Can Any one Help me to know whether the Sundays & national Holidays are to be included in Exam leave or not for the purpose of Leave Calculation as per Institute Rule?

What if the Firms Policy suggests to include for leave calculation?

Whether to Obey Institute or Firms Rule?

I have completed my articleship on 25.02.2012 for 3.5 years. I have a doubt regarding Leave allowed by institute. I have taken total leave of 260 days.( includes 40 days are Sundays, govt/Gazzetted Holidays.) Can I deduct these 40 days from 260 days for calculating my leave calculation to show in Form No. 108. please refer any circular or notification in this regard issued by ICAI.

My cousin had given CA Final long years back,, now he wish to once again apply for ca final exam,,,,,,, what is the procedure for applying new registration number so that he can appear in nov 2012 attempt

I have completed cs executive programme in dec 2011.

I got professional programme registration letter saying
".....you would be eligible to appear in DECEMBER 2012 in all the modules
subject to successful completion of
Computer Training, Postal/ Oral Coaching and any other training requirements..."

I am not going to join 15 months training.

Can anybody tell me exhaustive list of training requirements i have to comply with before writing professional programme?

can a person do MBA (regular) during the period of article-ship?
what will be the consequences if
form 112 is submitted?
[since MBA(regular)can be done by payment of fees for shortage in attendance and article-ship can be done effectively]
