I have registered in cs final in may 2012. My query is that .......Can i appear in dec 12 exam nd if yes then how many module(paper), i have appered?

4 partners purchased industrial plot and constructed building for their business. Now after 4 years they are selling the same to 3rd party. After selling they earned say 5 lakh( sale value - Book Value).
Will this 5 lakhs be included in Business income or need to calculate indexing and pay long term capital gain on it.

A person attempting for the final year B.com examination proposed to be held in feb2013 and anticipating to be successful. He had cleared ipcc and doing articleship. Whether he can apply to executive programme of company secretary with copies of mark lists of first and second year degree examinations, copy of the hallticket for final year examination before 28/2/2013 anticipating to appear for the examination to be held in dec 2013

Whether there is any chance of excemption of foundation course in respect of person passed ipcc for direct entry of executive programme of company secretary. I think this question is relevent as icai is going to amend the rules.
