01 July 2012 I have registered in cs final in may 2012. My query is that .......Can i appear in dec 12 exam nd if yes then how many module(paper), i have appered?

No, there should be minimum 9 months gap between registration and appearing in the examination. So you will be eligible in May, 2013 attempt.
