A person attempting for the final year B.com examination proposed to be held in feb2013 and anticipating to be successful. He had cleared ipcc and doing articleship. Whether he can apply to executive programme of company secretary with copies of mark lists of first and second year degree examinations, copy of the hallticket for final year examination before 28/2/2013 anticipating to appear for the examination to be held in dec 2013

Yes u can apply to the ICSI for executive registration but after the result and before filing the examination form u need to submit the Mark sheet of ur graduation to the ICSI otherwise the registration shall not be valid. Best of luck :)
