I am currently working as an article trainee and have completed a period of 8 months. I received an offer from a much better firm where I had been trying for some time. But my employer refused to grant me the transfer. He has also said that if I tried to pressurise him, he would show my attendance of 4 months only on the transfer form. I need the transfer in any case as the difference in work quality is alot. What should I do?

I have cleared both groups of IPCC in May 2012 and I will be registering for CA Final.
Unfortunately all my documents are ready except Form 112 because my college has closed for vacations and I did not get the principal's sign on it for B.Com(H)

My question is that can I submit form 112 separately later on or both have to be submitted together? And if I submit before 29th Nov., will I have to pay a penalty?

There is one known student doing articleship in Panipat. His principal is doing exploitation like getting household works from him. She is not willing to sign form 109. Ek line mein bahut Kamini aurat hai woh.. Now can any one tell me whats the solution. How can he get this issue resolved. How to complain this to ICAI. Or are there other means to raise this issue..

Our's is a partnership firm audited u/s 44 AB . After audit some mistakes of ommissions and commissions and misclassification we are brought to our notice by our accountants. Now to rectify the said mistakes observed we intend to file revised return u/s 139 (5). For the purpose we are prepairing revised trading, profit and loss account and balance sheet.

Whether these statement adopted for the purpose of filing revised return requires the signature of the auditor and whether a revised audit report is to be obtained for the purpose of filing revised return.
