There is one known student doing articleship in Panipat. His principal is doing exploitation like getting household works from him. She is not willing to sign form 109. Ek line mein bahut Kamini aurat hai woh.. Now can any one tell me whats the solution. How can he get this issue resolved. How to complain this to ICAI. Or are there other means to raise this issue..

This is in no manner harassment. The boy opted to do the household work in the initial stage and did not object to it that is why he is now forced to do the work.
First of all you should not use abusing words whether he or she is good or bad on a public platform. This does not look nice after all the principal is CA and you are passing disgracing remarks. You are the victim and clapping cannot be done with single hand. Anyhow, there are ways out to solve the problems.
STEP - I
Let the boy refuse to do the work and let him record the reaction. If the boy is tour-char then he should write to the ICAI about it.

Take the admission with any other CA.
