Form 112 of articleship registration

This query is : Resolved

28 October 2012 I have cleared both groups of IPCC in May 2012 and I will be registering for CA Final.
Unfortunately all my documents are ready except Form 112 because my college has closed for vacations and I did not get the principal's sign on it for B.Com(H)

My question is that can I submit form 112 separately later on or both have to be submitted together? And if I submit before 29th Nov., will I have to pay a penalty?
