sir please tel me what is the prositure to resistasion of articalship for may 2015 attemt i cleared my ipcc gr1 in may 2012 attempt

after passing cpt and graduation with 60% marks, and register under ipcc both group. can i join articleship even without passing group one.
or is this new law available only for those who r exempt frm cpt

Sir, I wanted to know that i've commenced my articleship from 20.04.2012(which is also the date as per my article reg. letter), so when will my 1st attemp fall?

I came to know that professional academy have situated a branch @ borivali. i want to know the review for the IPCC coaching over there.. guys plz suggest weather i should join ghatkoper branch or borivali branch? Or if u suggest any other class than please list down some name and location in Mumbai.

My son is a LLB, LLM and MBA graduate and wants to do practice in Accounting & Taxation, but I heard that being an advocate he cannot sign an audit report or balance sheet, is this true?
If so then what is in his hand to do, whether he will be sustain in this area where he is not an authorized person.
I’m worried, if he did not sustained then what would be his future, as he just got married, he gave me this website detail and told me to take an opinion from you experts.

Whether the articles are given paid leaves during the period of their exam leaves for CA Finals.

Basically what are the rules and conditions pertaining to the leaves taken by the articled assistants?
