Hey guys.... I just completed CMA (cost and management accountant) and now I am confused between CIMA and CFA.
As these days I go through many discussion forums and came to know that CFA has limited scope and there is tough competition in finance industry as they would like to take guys from technical background(math and engineers) and other top B- schools. I’m afraid about such things that finance industry not doing well……. and there is already a cream n you would be a analyst forever……….. and the pay would be less.
And in CIMA I’ll get exemptions in different papers due to CMA. Please guys I am looking forward for your suggestions.

hey frnds..my score in cs professional 3rd module is 63 and 35 respectively..if i claim exemption in sm, then hw much marks do i need to score in tax in next attempt i.e. only remaining 40 marks or 50% aggregate..

Hello seniors and experts, I got into Statutory audit deprtment as articled assistant in one of the big firm in Bangalore.. My reporting date is on friday..So i have 3days for preparation.. I like accounts very much hence i chose SA department. My questions are..
1. i want to perform well but how to perform well ?? I dont know how exactly it works.. I mean audit of companies..
2. i dont know how audit is being done in tally!! i only know vouching in tally.. Now what to do?? i m litttle week in tally 3. Should i read something about SA and BANK AUDIT in these 3 days??
4. Is there any book which will help me to perform well in SA audit??
5. what will I be asked to do during intial days?? So that i can prepare now itself.. PLease suggest me some ideas..

sir, while joining as an article trainee in one of the firm , i am being asked to sign an undertaking stating that you will not take transfer in any circumtances.
What is the validity of this undertaking??

I have completed 17 months of articleship and I want transfer. I have submitted form 109 to the institute with NOC from principle after inquiring to the ICAI. But now they have rejected my form. Please suggest me what to do.

sir,my principal is ready to give transfer to me (am taking transfer with in 1 yr of registration).
is it filling up of form 109 is only enough????
if i have to take consent of the institute before that can i take the consent online??
can i take the consent if it is not transfered????

I am a B.com graduate & had also cleared my CA PE-2 examination along with with 100 hours I.T. training, also i completed my CA
articleship & completed GMCS training & preparing for CA final Exams for May-2013(both groups).

I am planning to register for CS Executive Course.

Kindly guide me on the following queries;
1) whether i am eligible for any exemption in this course ?

2) And if yes what are the documents required & what is the procedure ?

3) And if yes whether there will be any difference in registration fee or
exam fee ?

4) whether i have to undergo articleship training again (of CS course) ?

5) whether i have to undego I.T. training again (of CS course) ?

6) whether i have to undergo GMCS training again (of CS course) ?

Dear Sir/madam,
I am in my IPCC articleship which commenced in february 2012. While joining my articleship i sent my form 112 with B.COM as an additional course .
But now as i have finished my degree(correspondence) in may 2012,i registered for ICWAI-INTER in dec-2012 { and it does not need attending any classes and iam also not taking any coaching) for which exams would be held in june-2013.

Is there any last date for sending my form 112 to the board and is there any fees i should pay .
