25 February 2013 sir, while joining as an article trainee in one of the firm , i am being asked to sign an undertaking stating that you will not take transfer in any circumtances.
What is the validity of this undertaking??

I think, to take sign from article this kind of undertaking is not good and it is not a good practice by principal.

It will be called as "Badhua Majdoor".
