sir,i am average student .what can i do after 12th.my strime is commerce with maths

I'm a CA-final student and running into my second year of training. for last some months I've been preparing for Bank exams as well. And now,I've got selected in a Bank. My question is what procedure I should follow in order to resume CA after an year or so.
Can i take a transfer on this ground and resume my training after a year or so?

Can a Chartered Accountant seize book of accounts of client. Please refer any particular section of any act which prohibits him from doing these. Please also assist on Chartered Accountants Professional Ethics. Whether retaining/Seizing the books of accounts of any client is allowed by the ethics

I have cleared my both grops of IPCC and now i have to register for articleship training. i am also pusuing for B.Com 2nd year (regular).can i continue my B.com regular along with Ca articleship training???

this is mihir, i have completed my b.com with 80% marks and now doing articles. but my query is my commencement of articles date is 31st jan 2013 but i have completed my orientation at 12th feb due to unavailability of batches for orientation.... and i have enclosed the copy of orientation certificate with articles form.. and i have done my itt as well recently.... so can i eligible to write ipcc in this november attempt?

I'm running in 2nd year of my articles hp and I've took a continuous leave of 2 months till now due to some serious family issues. Now, the situation is I have take leave of another 3 months or so depending on when the situation gets normal. My question is what documents to be applied while seeking the permission for transfer after 1 year to the Inst. It's not a case of any medical issue or transfer of my parents, so what am I supposed to produce as an evidence?

I am a CA final student and I took ATC in Feb end'13. now i want to continue with CA again. Now I want to know:-
1.) Whether I need to register again in Finals?
2.) What will be my first attempt for finals? it was Nov'14 then...
3.) How many balance years I've to complete?

I am discontiued student of CA of 1992 batch, appeared under old patter of exams( Group 1,2 Inter and final etc) Now my question is can I re-appear exams now with same registration number and eligibility under the new pattern is my registration is valid ? I am planning to write this november 2013.
