i hv passed ipcc group 1st in nov 2012. i am a regular student of my clg nd given exams of b.com 2nd yr which ended on 15 th march as a regular student.
my clg does not sign on the form 112.

can i send the form by marking private student for regestrn for articleship n later i will surely do my 3rd yr of b.com as private student ......is this possible...???
if yes what confirmatons are required for this purpse...????

As per the regulation of 65, ICAI allows students to pursue only one additional course with prior permission from the institute. In regard to this, does this also cover Diplomas/Certifications/Ph.D?

I'm planning to do to take up a Diploma in IFRS. Also as per my understanding certifications like CIA, CISA, CFE are just recognised for the skills and knowledge already possessed by the indvidual and one need not consider it as a course/study programme. Someone please clarify me on this matter. Thanks

i joined in one firm bt im nt satisfied vth that ..nd i taken termination .
i worked for only 2months i.e articleship starting period...nd im joined in another firm after 3months frm d date of taking termination from 1st firm . in that 3mnths i prepared
for 2nd grp exams nd written..then what are the consquances i have like ca final attempt postbond ...etc..

One of my friend got registered under a CA for aricleship (1st time), but now she is facing some problems and wanted to get termination.
Her registration process for articleship is still in process. She had got letter from ICAi to remit ITT and OT certificates.
Is it possible for her to get termination at this stage?
She is appearing for IPCC through direct entry from Graduation.

I joined articleship and completed only 2 months of training. He is quite harsh and scolding always and hence I told that I want termination. He asked me to bring form 109. But now telling like he is going to complaint about me to institute and make me not to appear final exam or create a black mark against me. Whether he is eligible to do that
