Joining in other firm after taking termination from one firm

29 May 2013 i joined in one firm bt im nt satisfied vth that ..nd i taken termination .
i worked for only 2months i.e articleship starting period...nd im joined in another firm after 3months frm d date of taking termination from 1st firm . in that 3mnths i prepared
for 2nd grp exams nd written..then what are the consquances i have like ca final attempt postbond ...etc..
please suggest me ...thank you

whether you have submitted form 103 to icai under your first emplyer

have you sent 109 form to icai for termination of articleship to ica

have you sent 103 form under new employer to icai

have you seen your articleship status with icai

I am sure you still shown as article assitant under previous employer

29 May 2013 sir i sent 103form to icai and i got confirmation for articleship registration..and after 2months ..wn i taken termination i sent 109 for termination to ICAI and for that also i got confirmation.. still im not joined in any firm i will join on june 1st in one firm .....

There is rule that no transfer request will be accepted with in 6 months and last year of article ship

coming to the point,

Your articleship period will extend for the period of delay you made to join with new employer from the date of transfer

and
as per icai rules you will get ca final attempt after completing 2.5 years of articleship i.e, in last 6 months of aricleship

Ex: if your articleship ends on 30-09-2015 means you can attempt for may2015 exam.

29 May 2013 if i posted reregistration form to icai after 1 or 2 mnths after joining in other firm then is der any late fee for dat delay

29 May 2013 YES,, THERE IS A LATE FEE OF SOME Rs.200
Note: you check with the same in 103 form

But you have to face following consequences

1)ICAI may ask you to provide reason for delay

2)ICAI may ask you to provide work dairy of articleship performed

3)ICAI may ask you to provide bank passbook copy as a proof that you are getting stipend from your boss or not

If you have valid and effective reason to satisfy ICAI you can delay
