30 May 2013 i hv passed ipcc group 1st in nov 2012. i am a regular student of my clg nd given exams of b.com 2nd yr which ended on 15 th march as a regular student.
my clg does not sign on the form 112.

can i send the form by marking private student for regestrn for articleship n later i will surely do my 3rd yr of b.com as private student ......is this possible...???
if yes what confirmatons are required for this purpse...????

30 May 2013 inform to ICAI that you are pursuing third year in distance mode and not attending to any classes.

and form 112 should be sent along with form 103..with in 30 days from the date of joining as article

15 July 2013 This is not the correct route. You have to stay for more than 3 years if your 112 is not signed then you get yourself registered with other CA and prepare for your B. Com and CA exam
