how to take transfer in case when there is no chartered accountant in the local firm and principle residing out of station only

hello i m a student of cwa final
i had my cwa final exams due on this june attempt and i appeared for only 3 group and want to pursue for group 4 in next attempt dec 2013
but i heard that 6 month practical training is required for it . oh god quite confuse
please help me what is a procedure, can i pursue this exams without any practical training,where should i get ppractical training im staying in mumbai please help me

Dear Sir,
There is person does the work of labour supply. He want to open a current a/c in the name of his firm "M/s Friend Enterprises". However bank person are not opening a/c on the basis of his PAN card and residence proof. They are asking him to produced any registration certificate in the name of firm issued from any govt. departments.

As labour supply does not liable to VAT registration. Then what is the solution for the problem.

Please advise me.

I have passed CPT in 2012. Bcom with 56.66% in may 2013. I have given exam ipcc both group in may 2013 result awaited.

My IT training will be completed in 26 june 2013.

I have already cleared 1 and half year of my training from one of the firm in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. But now due to some issues between my principal and me, I want to take transfer. I can't comply with the reasons as provided by the institute, except "Training outside India". So I beg for your help.
Is there any other way to take transfer and continue my training in India? if not then where can I apply for training outside India?

I'am CA final student and had appeared in first group exams in May'13.I'am planning to take up course on IFRS conducted by the ICAI.

Will it be beneficial to take up the above course and what are the future prospects after this course.

i just want to know that if a student who is doing CA ( and not any other thing like bcom etc.) can he or she do CS along with it ? if yes then whther it is mandatory to inform CA institute?
