Industrial training

I have cleared both group of ipce in Nov 2011 attempt.now i am in practical training since last 1.5 yrs.Now i want to join Industrial training.

so i request you to please guide me regards pre preparation for this.

Query on basic accounting

"Provision is an charge against profit"
Q1)From above statement Can we say that Provision for Dividend a/c is also charge against profit.
Please guide me

Basic query on accounting

Q1) Can we say that Securities Premium a/c & Capital Redemption reserve a/c are "Specific Rserve" and hence cannot be utilised for the purpose of distribution of dividend to shareholders.
Please guide me.

Ipcc exam along with regular college

Can i give IPCC exams while doing Bcom hons from college?
I am not asking about articleship because after IPCC i will shift to correspondence.

Is it allowed by ICAI?
and do the exam dates of IPCC and DU clash?

I was to start my articleship 27.03.2012 than i taken Examination leave
upto 13/8/2012 i have taken excess leave of 50 days.here after i terminated & join new articleship by 16/8/2012.

Please tell me remain my articleship
