I was to start my articleship 27.03.2012 than i taken Examination leave
upto 13/8/2012 i have taken excess leave of 50 days.here after i terminated & join new articleship by 16/8/2012.
Please tell me remain my articleship
And when my ca Final exam Attempt due

1)if you have started articles hip in 27.03.2012 you will get final attempt in nov.2014 exam
2)as u said only 50 days excess leave taken before article trasfer..it is not relevent..
leave is caluculated as below
An article completed 3 years of articleship till now. So,
Total working days: 365*3 = 1,095 days
Leaves Taken so far = 100 days
Actual period Served = 995 days
Leaves Earned = 1/6th on 995 = 165 days
Leave entitled (subject to sanction of
leave by your Principal) = 65 days (165-100 days)

3)as per above caluculate even though you have excess 50 days leave now if you have not taking leave with present employer so it will not be a problem
4)you have re-register with new principal with in 3 days , so it will not be a problem and your exam attempt does not change with this
