I am in my first year of articleship seeking transfer on medical grounds, but my principal refused it and we had a spat over it.Now he is demanding money from me to give me transfer.Institute is saying that complaining against principal may ruin my future. and i dont have money to pay him up. what can i do????? please help

I Am CA & CS final aspraint(Aged 27), with very less working/ practical knowledge, Till the time I will complete by professional degress I Will be +28.It took me 5 attempts to clear pcc. I am worried about my future, job and all. I know this is not the right time to worry about , this is time that I should devote to my studies rather than thinking all this but this is something making me sleepless and not allowing me to concentrate on studies. Also fact is that I dont want to do job but on the other hand starting own business without knowledge or with little knowledge is also not possible?
Is there any kind of seminars of short duration who gives working knowledge to dummy articles or students with lesser knowledge? There might be too many students like me , therefore I am putting this query on behalf of all students. Thankyou
