07 July 2013 If it is transfer during 1st year of articleship refer

FOR TRANSFER DURING SECOND YEAR

1)you should take icai prior permission before taking signature on form 109

2)icai will permist only if you have valid ground to take transfer..which can be seen as below

After getting icai approval for transfer file form 109 and join with other employer

10 July 2013 id is to send along with 109?(compulsory)

I am not receiving id card from icai
