06 July 2013 In my view if you wish to be in service you should give preference to company. If you want to start practice you should join PCS.

In a company you get to learn the corporate culture. Further, many times MT gets absorved in that company itself. So yiu will have opportunity there.

Under a PCS you come across variety of work. You get quality work. So for learning aspect working under a PCS is very good.

Whichever is chosen by you, keep in mind that ultimately its you who has to learn and perform.
