The Assessee is running an Aviation Club in India, where he gives professional flying training to Students to become pilots. For the purpose he imports parts of helicopter & equipment for Repairing, Maintenance & Overhauling of the Helicopter.

Is the assessee is liable to pay Excise Duty and where he should get registered with Central Excise & Custom.

hello, my friend is working at a mnc as article now and going to give her ca final attempt next year and she is pursuing b.com from ignou and after completion of ca she is planning her further studies abroad . please suggest her whether to go for mba or anyother such courses so as to settle with a job at any mnc latter and whether to go for it immediately after completion of CA or better to get some work experience as a CA here at some mnc..she likes managment,finance and taxation fields...and also if MBA is degree from ignou is valid??...plz help her...thanks in advance...

i wish to pursue my b.com from IGNOU during first year of articleship. Can i do my M.com during next 2 years of articles again from IGNOU ?? But the thing is i get my b.com degree certificate only after finishing my ca final.......so how can i make optimum utilization of last 2 years of articles??

Due to agitations in A.P., post offices has been not working properly. so,i had sent my form 108 i.e., completion of articles to icai bhawan, chennai through courier.My question is whether icai bhawan will accept couriers.If yes,they will accept the form or not.If no what's the remedy.

sir i am a commerce grauduate...i have passed ca-cpt and written my ipcc in nov 2012 and may 2013..but failed in both attempts..again going to write in nov 2013...since i am an commerce gruaduate i can switch over to direct entry scheme and can do my articles(completed itt and orientation also)..now my question is when can i write again my ipcc exams?can i write it in nov 2013 or after 9 months of article training?please clarify..thnks in advance

Hi, I registered for CA back on 2006 and sat for CPT in 2007, in those years I have completed my MBA and have been doing job in one of Big4's for last 3 years. Now I want to sit for ipcc. My questions are:
1. Is my registration still valid?
2. If not, what do I do to renew it, if it is at all possible?
3. Fees needed to renew it?
