Sending form 108 articles completion by courier

Sir,
Due to agitations in A.P., post offices has been not working properly. so,i had sent my form 108 i.e., completion of articles to icai bhawan, chennai through courier.My question is whether icai bhawan will accept couriers.If yes,they will accept the form or not.If no what's the remedy.

Dear Srinivas.
You don't you call Chennai office, articles section. They should accept the courier. Though it cannot be said definitively if they will or not!! At the end of the day, its ICAI!!
