We are a closely held public company and we have paid many charges and file form 17 as well for many of those( in some cases after 30 days). So
(A)Can I get following documents on MCA21- site at present-
(1) form 17 already filled for all even for which filled after 30 days
(2) challan for same
(3) certificate of satisfaction of charge for all even for which filled after 30 days?

and if yes then,

(B)how can I check on MCA21 all of the above?

Now what are the e-forms that have to be filed ?

It is evident that e-form 25C has to be filed within 90 days from the effective date of appointment.

Whether e-form 23 and 32 have to be filed ?

A COMPANY HAS RS. 57 LACS AS SHARE APPICATION MONEY PENDING ALLOTMENT IN ITS LIABILITIES SIDE OF BALANCE SHEET. CAN THE CO. ISSUE BONUS SHARES FROM SUCH AMOUNT?

I would like to seek clarification on the following two points if possible :-
1. Is there a way to know whether a Company's existing Director is an Executive or Non Executive one since we are not being able to locate from past records.
2. whether a person may be appointed as a MD ot WTD in more than one Private Limited Company - this is still not clear due to different opinions on the subject.
