1)Please tell me whether a karta can become a director of the private limited company.
2) Whether a karta required DIN before subscribing as a member in MOA of the company.
3) whether a karta required to mention his father's name in subscription form of MOA
Please reply ASAP
In company point of view:
1. Karta can be a director and promoter of the company.
2. At the time of signing of subscriber list his position is as a promoter/subscriber of MOA/AOA and not in the capacity of director. If such karta is going to become director then DIN is required at the time of signing.
3. Yes, it is required to mentioned Karna father name in his own hand writing in subscriber page.

You are mentioning the details of person who are promoters.
In company your karta will sign in individual capacity and not as karta.
The term karta is used in HUF and not in Company.
So details of promoter Individual will be filled up.

The person want to be a separate promoter individualy & he also want his HUF as a separate promoter.
He want to be the separate share holder and he also want to give some share to its HUF
In case of HUA, two joint HUF can incorporate company a single person in different status can not become subscriber.
In HUF it is not permitted.
