Llp agreement

I want to register 2 LLP'S. One with a capital less than Rs. 1 Lakh and other with capital greater than Rs. 1 Lakh. I want to know the value of stamp paper that should be used by me for the 2 separate LLP agreements.

Depreciation rate

under companies act, mobile phones, tea & coffee machine, television, UPS, Aquaguard, CC Tv camera and fingerprint attendance register are to be depreciated at what rate and under which head.
Plant & Machinery 13.91% or furniture & fittings 18.10%.
If possible, please provide reference.

Procedure for change in main object clause of memorandum

Finding din based on director name

One of my client is not sure he applied for DIN & got the same or not. He doesn't remember the DIN or does not have any document in his possession regarding DIN.

He is not a director in any company. So I can not check his DIN from Company Signatory Details too.

Plz advise how can I check if this person has obtained DIN or not? Provide any link or something.
