who will come to office address for verification of Pvt Ltd before issue incorporation certificate?

Nobody will come to your registered address for issue of certificate of Incorporation, because due to Straight Through Process (STP) the certificate will be send in soft copy to your registered mail. Noe the physical copy is not delivered. Soft COI is sufficient it will be digitally signed and stamped by ROC.
