Dear Members,
One Company is promoting the other Company, I have mentioned the CIN of the Company along with other subscribers details in Form 1A and the same is also approved. Can anyone provide me the format of the board resolution for subscribing to the shares of the other Company.
Further let me know what attachments should be made to form 1 for Incorporation.
