02 December 2012 can a Pvt Ltd Company which will manufacture Electrical/electronics Products directly sale the finished products to the Public ?
or Do we need any permission from Govt.

03 December 2012 If it is a GENERAL item, then it can sell directly. If it is a BANNED item, then permission is not given.

When we need to take BSE Certification ?
