02 December 2012 how many branches we can start for company to reach people farstly in same ROC.What is the procedure to Start a branch in Another State ?

03 December 2012 We can have as many branches as wee wish. ROC has no any restriction on that. The multi state permission is for some sectors like co operative banking etc.

03 December 2012 You can open the branch in any state of India. Registered office clause is applicable for head office of the company.
