has come to India for a short visit say 15 days.

Now, the applicant proposes to have DIN.


Query

Whether in Form No.DIN-1 - Field No.4A - Whether resident in India

Whether VISA (including Passport) is mandatorily to be obtained.

Whether Affidavit shall also apply to the said NRI.

Ans : ..................... (Yes. Please confirm)


As the said applicant is presently in India, can I go ahead in executing Affidavit on Rs.10/- stamp paper and
obtain Local Notary Public attestation. Is this a proper compliance?

As the said applicant is presently in India, can a Practising Professional digitally sign the DIN Form?

Dear Sir, A private limited company issues additional share capital of Rs.120000 (1200*100) on 17.03.2012 which is with in the limit of authorised share capital. The shares are fully subscribed by the public. But share application money of Rs.84000(70*1200) only paid by the applicants before 31.03.2012 . subsequent calls are made by the company on 12.12.2012 & fully paid up by 25.12.12. when E Form 2 to be filed. is the presention as below is sufficient ? issued capital - 120000 subscribed capital -120000 share application money pending allotment - 84000
