Authorizing Branch Head of respective branch of the company to sign,execute all necessary documents for purchase of Fixed Assets or taking loan or acquire Fixed Assets on a rental basis or appoint or re-appoint or discharge staffs or consultant or advisory in the respective field wholly or partially as and when required for the purpose of the respective branch.

Above will be continued till further resolution is passed

sir, I have recently started a comapny in food industry. We are two partners ans shareholders of the company in 1:1 ratio. The company has been incorporated on December 12, 2012. since we do not have started our operations, we want to conduct our 1st AGM later. when we can do the same? and also guide, whether the AGM of the company can be posted and balance sheet for the same can be made from f.y. 2013-14 onwards, since we do not want to go audit this year? (reason for not going for auditing is operations of the company has not been started in the year 2012-13 f.y.)

Which forms are required to file in ROC and which attachments are required in filing the conversion form in ROC.

The MOA and AOA filed with ROC of a private limited company has a typo error.

Instead of mentioning 200000 shares of Rs. 10 each, 20000 shares of Rs. 100 each has been stated.

Kindly let me know how to rectify this and what are the procedures to be followed.
