19 January 2013 Trademark registration is not necessary for doing business.. but after the popularity of your product brand or say gudwill.. you have to register your own trademark for being a own identity.

19 January 2013 Hi, though it is not obligatory to obtain Trade mark registration for starting business, still I suggest you to do the same as a Trade Mark identify and distinguish the source of the goods/services of one party from those of others.
