19 January 2013 to incorporate a company you need to first register in mca website.,
login as registered user., only professionals can be as business user.,
first acquire DIN nos.
then form 1A for name availability
and then form 1 ,18 , 32
and all the above are step by step processes.,
and requires digital signatures of CA and directors
