18 January 2013 My client has submitted form 23AC and 23ACA for the year 2011-2012. Attachment was wrongly attached in filing the form. Now the department raised the notice for amounting Rs.75000/-
Please advice on the above matter

I think, there is some confusion at ROC end. I will suggest you to contact the ROC official ask the details for charging such huge amount.
